In continuing the legacy of antiques merchants Virl and Kathy Banowetz, Squiers 1882 has been restored and reimagined. One of the most stunning and complete examples of Queen Anne architecture, historic woodwork, and original lighting and glasswork, this residence is now a whole house experience for friends and families to create memorable experiences.

The kitchen at Squiers 1882 has been completely reimagined with commercial-style appliances and high end finishes. It is appointed with everything chefs and foodies alike need to prepare incredible meals, dedicated spaces for coffee and cocktails, and a stunning dining room with 18th c. French chandeliers that will accommodate 12 guests.

Every bedroom in Squiers 1882 has been completely restored and appointed with luxury bedding and furniture from Restoration Hardware. Each bedroom has private en suite bath, and digital display and private seating area. The residence features 2 king beds, 3 queen beds and one suite with 2 twins. Baths are appointed with robes and slippers, a complete range of natural hair, body and skin care products from Public Goods.

Quiet spaces for chess, reading or piano.

The original library on the first floor of the residence features a gaming table for chess or other from the collection of games, a quiet place to read or the opportunity to play the 1925 Story & Clark baby grand piano. 12 foot original pocket doors provide privacy when needed. Squiers 1882 features a 4 zone Sonos wireless music system for you and your group to enjoy music from your own devices. 

BEDROOM SUITE TOUR

Relax with the big screen.

The ballroom on the third floor of Squiers 1882 features a huge room for relaxing with the big game or movies. A 86 inch Samsung display and Sonos surround sound bar system provides a great experience. The room includes a large sectional and soft seating for 12, plus a gaming and dining table with additional seating for 4. The space also includes a kitchenette and sink with a beverage center. This casual room is perfect for spreading out and enjoying time together.
